Good quality, minor shipping hiccup

I ordered a recycled polyester leash and a matching collar. The quality is solid, feels durable, and my dog seems comfortable. Shipping was a bit slower than I expected, took about a week and a half, but everything arrived well-packaged. I appreciate their eco-conscious efforts, which was a big draw for me. Overall, a good experience, just wish delivery was a tad quicker.

Solid Martingale, good customer service

I purchased a Martingale collar for my escape artist. The design is great, and it seems to be working as intended, giving me better control without being harsh. I had a question about sizing before ordering and reached out to customer service; they responded promptly and were very helpful. It's a well-made product, and the whole process was smooth from start to finish. I'd definitely recommend their collars.

Good leash, delivery a bit slow

I bought the Infinity Leash for my dog. The recycled polyester material feels sturdy and I like that it's multi-functional, which is super handy for walks. It shipped out pretty quickly, but then it took a few extra days to actually arrive, longer than I'd hoped. Still, the leash itself is well-made and I appreciate the eco-friendly aspect.

Fantastic leash, truly amazing

I got the Infinity Leash and it's just perfect! So versatile, I love that I can go hands-free. The recycled material feels sturdy and the brass hardware looks really nice. Definitely shopping here again for more goodies!

Quality leash and collar set

Ordered a walking kit that included the Infinity Leash and an adjustable dog collar, both in recycled polyester. The ordering process was straightforward on their website; I found what I needed easily. Shipping took about five business days, which is reasonable. The leash is really versatile, I've used it hands-free and as a regular lead with no issues. The collar's brass hardware feels solid, not flimsy at all. I had a question about cleaning the collar before it arrived, and customer service responded to my email within a day with helpful instructions. The packaging was also plastic-free, which was a nice touch and aligns with their eco-conscious branding. Overall, I'm happy with the quality and the whole experience.

Another solid purchase

This was my third order from Awoo Pets, and they've been consistent. I needed a new Martingale collar and some biodegradable poop bags. My previous orders, a harness and a cotton rope toy, held up well, which is why I keep coming back. The collar this time was just as good quality as the last one I got for my other dog – the stitching is always neat and it feels durable. Delivery was about the same as before, took about a week, nothing out of the ordinary. It's good to know I can rely on them for pet supplies that are both functional and don't feel like they'll fall apart after a few uses.

Dog loves new toys

Got a couple of the plastic-free dog toys for my pup. He absolutely loves the cotton rope toy. It's held up pretty well so far. Shipping was fast too, arrived two days earlier than the tracking said. Happy with it!

Great value, practical purchase

I was looking for a new harness and saw Awoo Pets had a no-pull option. I compared prices with a few other brands and decided to go with them, especially since I found a bundle deal for the harness and a treat pouch. The harness fits well, and the treat pouch is super handy for walks. It felt like a smart purchase for the quality and functionality, definitely got my money's worth.
